Well, there were several things that I got to improve on from the last time I trained.

I slept at 1am instead of 3am.
I woke up at 5am instead of 5:30am.
I left the house at 6am instead of 6:30am.
I arrived 30 mins earlier than I did… but still not on time. I should’ve been there [...]

I’m readying myself for later’s training at 6am at ULTRA. Hopefully, I get to see The Bull Runner there but I think she goes to ULTRA on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The past two weeks, I’ve been designing and playing around with Coach Rio’s website. I’ve been trying to tweak it and find the best site that would best depict his speed and at the same time his passion for running (haha, shameless plug for me ) Tell me what you think.
