Healthy sandwich options
As I had mentioned a few days back, I have a passion for food. Aside from that I also like experimenting and trying out all sorts of food. So I decided to make myself a healthy sandwich option… Parmesan & Pepper Crusted Fish Fillet on French Toast.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pcs whole wheat bread
1 egg beaten
1 tsbp milk
1 pinch of salt
fish fillet (cream dory or white cobbler)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon & pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 slices of cheese (any will do, but I use cheddar)
sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce
1 tbsp ranch dressing
PREPARATION:
Marinate the fish fillet by drizzling the olive oil over it and sprinkling the lemon and pepper seasoning on top. You may put some cracked pepper if you want. Sear the fish fillet using a grill or on a non-stick pan and set aside.
Beat one egg, milk and salt well. Allow the 2 pieces of bread to soak them up well on both sides. Pre-heat a non-stick pan (don’t use any oil, butter or grease). Cook the egg mixtured soaked bread about a minute on both sides using med-low heat.
Put the cheese one piece while the onions, tomatoes and lettuce on the other piece of bread. Put the fish fillet on the side with the cheese and drizzle with some ranch dressing and close up the sandwich. You have the option to grill the sandwich again or simple serve
