Things I’ve missed… and indulging
Ever since I got into serious weight-loss mode and decided to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle, I’ve said good bye (for the time being) to certain things I really enjoy. They are, in no particular order:
1. KFC - my favorite are the hotshots, fries and a plate with a “swimming pool” of gravy.
2. Reese Peanut Butter Cups
3. Beer
4. Mixed drinks
5. Pork Sisig
6. Chicken Skin
7. M&Ms (the one that has peanuts)
8. Pizza
9. Ice cream
10. Krispy Creme
11. Cheese sticks
12. Doritos
13. PicNic shoestring potatoes
14. KitKat
I’m sure there are a whole lot of other stuff I left out… during the entire time I haven’t been running, I’ve been indulging myself in these things I’ve missed so much. I remember myself one time at Trinoma, on my way home… I suddenly smelled the chicken coming from KFC… I decided to have a quick bite. I think it was over a year since I last ate at KFC and upon that bite of hotshots covered in KFC gravy… haha… I felt I was in food heaven. Super babaw ko… haha! And ever since that day, I’ve been having KFC as my snack or food-to-go whenever I don’t have time to eat and am rushing to go to school or heading home after a long day.
I know I’ve been indulging too much… talk about downing almost 2 buckets of beer, going home at 6am on a weekday (thank God my classes start at 2pm)…. And telling myself, “ah… I’ll burn it anyway” or “Itatakbo ko na lang…” Only to realize that I haven’t been running much lately. Good thing though that my clothes still fit but I think I’ll be starting from square one. I think I’ve said this several times already in the past 2-3 months. Hahaha!
It’s also another reason why I haven’t been writing much. There isn’t anything to write about yet… well, nothing interesting as of now.

Hi vener! Yeah, hope to be back on track soon. I realize I haven’t adjusted to my new schedule and workload. Even though my classes start at 12nn, I still don’t have enough time to finish all my readings… so no running until I get synced with my new sched
See you in future races!

Hey Eric!
Glad to see that you’ve been indulging in some of the good things in life hehe
Btw, your site was down for a couple of days, time to shop for new hosting services?
See at you at the races man!

Really? Haven’t noticed… maybe some upgrading going on with their servers… I also wonder if my host is slow since Bards said that my site slowed down ever since I got my own domain name.
Good luck with Milo on Sun
