Lazy land
I am now officially in lazy land… I need to get back to my original schedule of waking up at 4am in the morning, regardless whether I have training or not…. I’ll be buying new batteries later for my noisy alarm clock. I didn’t get to wake up for my early morning run, nor to go to my 8am class. Well, it could also be attributed to my training last night and getting tired. Or maybe I need more vitamins. Whatever the case may be, it’s not good and I got to get off my lazy ass.
If last week was “down” time, this week may very well be the same but I’d rather think of it as being lazy rather than being down… there really is this bug that f-ing bit me! It’s a real b*tch, giving me an awful mood for the past two weeks or so.
Also attributable to my bad mood is the fact that my training schedule is not being followed, well due to my own fault or to my new running shoes that caused several pains (plantar, achilles, toes, etc.)
AGAIN, I was told to take this week to relax (or study, which is not relaxing at all). Hopefully, this week will turn out just fine
