I took the Nike SportBand out on a run last Thursday evening at the Ateneo campus. I needed to calibrate it and see also see for myself whether it was accurate. It gave me date on distance, duration, pace and calories burned.

Coach Rio says that it’s ok if I’m slow now since I’m still doing my base training. We’ll be focusing on speed when my body is ready for it.
