After 50 days…
I visited the gym today to make up for two days of not being able to train. I did 1 hour with a constant pace of 6mins and 5x at a pace of 5mins 30 secs for a duration of 3 mins. The past two days, I’ve been busy with a lot of other things that I did not get to do my “homework”. Sorry Coach! [Coach was out of town... so walang nagbantay... hehe]
Before starting with my workout, I decided to have my body fat measured again and after 50 days, this was my improvement.

If the measurements are correct, I’m now at my “peak” and am leaner than I was 4 years ago, which I used to consider my former peak at 19% body fat. I’m happy where I am right now… maybe just 15-20 more lbs, and around 10% body fat

What a super blog! Recently, I joined Wordpress because another blog provider wasn’t providing much.
All I can say is continue sharing in your blogs what you feel. Indeed you have a lot of passion! People like baldrunner and loonyrunner enjoy running in the Philipines. Hopefully, when baldrunner visits San Francisco in August, we’ll meet prior to the marathon. I may actually run it with him since it will be a training run for me.
Even with the amount of years that I’ve run, always I continue to enjoy runners’ stories, not just where I live but around the world. Continue the success and happy running!

WOW…galing! Sana ako rin! My heaviest was 136 lbs for a 5′ flat stature back in college (internship made me puff). After few years of yoyo diets and exercises, I’m now 112 lbs. Technically, hindi pa rin ideal but I’m still trying. Konti pa! hehehe
Goodluck sa ating lahat!
BTW, PR, I just registered online for the mizuno 2 race. I also registered my running/clinic mates. I just used one email add (mine) for confirmation. Thanks!
kitakits! =)
