Tagal din yan… I was able to lose 30 lbs in 2 months… But the problem is gaining it all back after a while. It was only when I took running seriously that I saw real results, without the use of weight-loss pills, or going on yo-yo dieting, or other quick fixes. I did it the hard and old-fashioned way… diet and exercise.
