They’re so clingy… One of the hardest to get rid of!
One of the hardest things to get rid of are clingy…. love handles and fat around the midsection. I mean I’ve already lost so much weight, even at my thinnest or healthiest state (150 lbs, 19% body fat), I still have love handles and ab muscles are no where in sight. It’s really difficult and it takes soo long before any you see any results. It sometimes makes you feel really depressed when after so much effort, you don’t see any progress.
So far, I’ve come a long way. Imagine, from a size 38, I am now at size 32. Maybe a 31 would fit but it would be pushing it. My arms and wrists have gotten skinny already and my legs have turned from fat to muscle due to all the running. I’m happy to have lost 6″ off my waist. I’m grateful but I have yet to get a glimpse of those ab muscles of mine that seem to be hiding somewhere.
Perhaps I need to up my training a bit more, lose more weight or convert my remaining fat to muscle. Anyway, I’ve found some useful videos that can help me in my unending quest for my own set of visible ab muscles. Hehe

Hi Patrick!
WOW! That is a giant leap. That’s 90lbs. You could easily be one of the winners in “The Biggest Loser.” All you did was run? Hopefully, I get to meet you in one of the runs
